Clients’ responsibilities

 

1. Clients are responsible for their own safety such as crossing roads, using steps, walking at night, drinking in night bars and other similar actions.

2. During tours clients are supposed to behave yourself, to be polite with their guide, driver and each other.

3. If clients decide to make itinerary and timing which are in our opinion difficult to be fully carried out due to traffic problems, distance between sights and so on, they take all the responsibilities for any reductions and changes.

4. Clients have to learn all the information concerning their tour and ask questions if something is not clear.

5. Clients are supposed to give personal information required for booking tours and inform us about any changes concerning their trip.
