Amazing service by Priora Tours in St Petersburg!
We start our planning with Priora tours at least two months previous our Russia trip. Always we were clear of our needs since my wife need special assistant with wheelchair and time framing. Communications were excellent always and we decide to hire a private tour for our two day stay in St Petersburg.
We made our own itinerary considering times for a ballet at The Mariinsky, The Hermitage, Catherine Palace and Peterhof Palace.
First they send us our vouchers for immigration although we don’t need it since Russia change recently their procedure of arrival and we only need to provide them our passports. Believe me whole process is easier and faster than in in the USA.
Maria and our driver were waiting for us at arrival lodge. Maria is very knowledgeable about history and she provide us an excellent and accurate information about Russian history and their culture. They take us to important and historic places.
Before taking to our ballet Maria choose an excellent Russian restaurant and we have a proper lunch before the show. This place was at walking distance to the Mariinsky.
On the next day Maria was on time and early to take us to Catherine Palace since this beautiful Palace is in the town of Pushkin about and hour and a haft form the city. After visiting this lovely Palace we proceed to Peterhof Palace back again to the city to finish our two day trip. Maria was always with us, help with our tickets entrance, get adecúate wheelchair on the Museum and Palaces for my wife and in addition take care of her personally.
For that and more we were so happy to meet Maria and her driver for going the extra mile always and beside their job, she make us fill as family.
We will recommend her service and professionalism to all my TA friends. We are including some photos of our trip, until my next review!
